Mohamed Zahid, at 49, has been practicing martial arts since 2003, starting with Wing Chun and dedicating time to perfect his method. In 2006, he joined Targuisti Academy in Casablanca, where he learned the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Master Targuesti. Later, he joined Hicham Hakam with the Elite Team and earned his black belt in 2017 under David Vieira. Master Mohamed has participated in numerous local and some international championships while also providing BJJ classes in Casablanca and other cities. Currently, he is devoting all his time to teaching BJJ classes throughout Casablanca and expanding the practice of BJJ. Additionally, he coaches emerging teams of MMA on BJJ basics and delivers various techniques. Apart from being a black belt in the Aiki Jutsu from the Takeda Ryu method, Mohamed is also a former coach and continues to practice his brown belt in Judo.
